- 1 box rotini
- 1 cup of mayo
- 1/4 cup of red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
Cook pasta, drain, and place in a large bowl.
For the the dressing whisk the mayo, red wine vinegar, and sugar together.
Combine dressing and cheese to pasta and refrigerate for at least one hour.
This pasta is so quick and easy to make up. If you have the extra time try also adding 3 cups of chopped broccoli and 1/2 cup of crumbled cooked bacon. Either way it’s so delicious and definitely one of my go to easy summer lunch.
